How far in advance should I place my order?

For standard cakes, we recommend ordering at least 3-5 business days in advance. For custom celebration cakes, please allow at least 2 weeks for design and preparation.

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.

Can I track my delivery?
